Hi, I’m Fleur Emery and for nearly 20 years I have been starting businesses and helping other women to start theirs. During that time there have been highs and lows: I have won awards and been covered in glory and I’ve made mistakes and faced defeat, starting over from scratch and toughing it out through two global recessions.
My work as a startup consultant and coach is the culmination of all of this; I use my experience, insight and energy to help you create and grow a business that reflects who you are.

HOW DID I GET HERE?
My first brand went from concept to Waitrose in 18 months, the second from concept to house lager at The Ritz Hotel in the same time frame. I created and delivered a business and branding programme for founders at UCL and have coached some of the most successful women entrepreneurs of their generation.
The Dots named me ‘1 of 100 Women Changing the Creative Industries’. I was shortlisted for Female Entrepreneur of the Year by Investor Allstars, I won a Mercury Award for Best Onboard Food, I won the Grazia / O2 Award for Best Food & Drink Startup, The Guardian named me in their ‘Future 500’ list and I am a PowerMBA graduate. My podcast won the International Women in Podcasting awards for Entrepreneurial Inspiration and was shortlisted for Best Business Podcast at the British Podcast Awards.
