what do women need to succeed?

Something we’ve identified is that due to the confidence gap (research shows that women are less self-assured than men in the workplace), as women we often feel that before we can earn more, or truly succeed, we need to learn more. In fact, this isn’t what we need.

What we need is somewhere to feel safe where we can learn from each other and find peer support.

Some of our members are further ahead, some aren’t, but in REALWORK it really doesn’t matter. The ethos of peer support and psychological safety means that there’s no judgement, no gossip and it’s a truly inclusive community where everyone learns from each other.

As women, we don’t need to learn more before we implement, we need the confidence and the support network that will mean we get out there and do it, sooner and on repeat.

That’s what REALWORK does and will do for you. Come on in and find out.
