I am paraphrasing a quote that has been mis-attritubuted to various people including Ghandi and in something like this form was passed to me in Alcoholics Anonymous. I really like it.⁠⠀

Recently inside REALWORK my online co-working space members have been really vulnerable and opened up about their fears, their feelings of failure and their disappointments. Observing the group support them has been really moving. ⁠⠀

Of course in the wider community vulnerability is expressed in lots of ways apart from weakness. A really interesting re-frame would be 'The health of the group is revealed in how it treats its most problematic members'⁠⠀
