what you need to know about digital launches

Last year my launches flopped and now they tip the £10k mark consistently. I've experimented a lot and here are the three top take-aways:
⠀
1: The bad news is there is no way around doing this groundwork first, the good news is your audience have to be ENGAGED not huge. Top tip for engagement is constantly refining WHO you serve and HOW you serve them.⠀
⠀
2: IG has changed A LOT with the arrival of Reels and Guides with engagement on business accounts going through the floor. Mitigating the risk of your primary means of communication being compromised by establishing other ways to reach your audience is apposite. REALWORK uses IG, Mailing list and I'm taking my own medicine by committing to Linkedin, Youtube and a podcast (thanks to @decibelle_creative. ⠀
⠀
3: We want to believe there is a one size fits all solution but just as we are all different so are our businesses and our customers / clients. Find out what works for you by experimenting and paying attention and know that sometimes it can feel like one step forward and two steps back.⠀
⠀
REALWORK, is an online co-working space for women. If you are looking for a membership community filled with other women supporting each other and learning alongside each other that is action based with an experienced leader then contact us for more details.⠀
