Work doesn’t have to feel hard

I'm lucky that I grew up watching my dad love his job; he's 75 and showing no signs of retiring. I wanted that for myself and kept trying until I found a way to work and earn my way.

Today the REALWORK Podcast is finally live, two episodes to inspire and inform you to do the same, @mercyshibembaand @thatcharlottemelia make brilliant guests challenging norms, telling it how it is and being great sports when the jokes start.

Buckers, founder of @decibelle_creative has made this possible and you can hear how much we enjoy making these episodes. On days like this when I stop to appreciate what I have it's hard to explain how grateful I feel to enjoy my job this much.

It is difficult to say that straight, I worry that if you are still stuck it will be hard to hear, I acknowledge the privilege that supported me to get here, but I want women to know that it is possible, that work doesn't have to feel hard.
